The N&I Project is a Network and Infrastructure Maintenance facility for the Public Transport Authority (PTA), located in Welshpool, Western Australia. The project involves the construction of a purpose-built facility to support the ongoing maintenance and operations of Perth’s public transport network. Our team has been engaged to complete the external roofing and wall cladding works on the project. Our scope includes the installation of the roof sheeting, wall sheeting, gutters and downpipes, which are important components of the building’s external envelope and drainage system. The roofing and wall sheeting are being installed to provide a durable and weather-resistant finish while also achieving a clean and professional appearance across the facility. Our team is working through each stage of the installation to ensure the sheeting is accurately fitted and securely fixed in accordance with the project requirements.
